Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required during the trial. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with ReplyDesk AI, contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge for a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription from your workspace Settings → Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
